Diversity and Inclusion in Business, with Rachel Wade
Date: Thursday, October 29, 2020 Time: 12 p.m. - 12:45 p.m. MDT
A conversation about diversity and inclusion in business used to be whispered, for fear of “rocking the boat” or being political. That kind of mentality is long gone. Now, in an age of innovation and open communication, diversity and inclusion can take place freely, to the benefit and well-being of employees and the workplace environment as a whole.
So, what do we mean when we say our workplace is diverse and inclusive?
We’ve invited Rachel Wade, Manager, Global Diversity & Inclusion at Parkland Fuel, to join us for a discussion on how to foster openness and acceptance in the workplace, how that translates to being more receptive to the market and the customers you serve, and to practice communication methods that are effective and inclusive.
And like all things, this needs to be embraced as an ever evolving and on-going process.
In this latest FLM Webinar:
