A Content Coordinator researches and writes content to produce:
- Blog posts
- Social media content
- Investor updates
- Other marketing content.
You can do all of the above, while also keeping in mind our clients’ brands and business. Needless to say, research is an inherent part of this role. Are you already seeing yourself as part of the FLM team?
You are a natural storyteller. Connecting ideas with audiences for various brands and industries is what you consider a good time. And you know that a great story starts with great research. Secondary research, compiling information and analyzing data is your happy place.
But that’s not all… with the information you gather and analyze, you are able to inform project documents, plans, reports, audience profiles, scouting research, industry trends reports, and digital/social and traditional media monitoring.
You keep our clients’ informed by monitoring online conversations about our clients, their competitors, and their industries.
And because data is knowledge, you generate routine analytics reports for all organic and paid marketing and communications initiatives. Client data accuracy is managed on a regular basis, and client lists are updated/cleaned in compliance with CASL.
Above all else, you uphold data accuracy and quality standards, AKA you proofread and edit like a champion!

Our Dream Candidate
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, advertising, business or a related field
- 2-3 years of marketing research and content creation expereince. You may have been referred to as a “Market Research Coordinator” in the recent past
- You already caught my spelling mistake in the bullet point above
- Bonus points for you, if you have previous agency experience
- Resourceful. We’re talking “able to start a fire with office supplies” resourceful
- High-functioning junior team player who is ready to hit the ground running
- A f*cking great writer
