ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will get in-depth exposure and experience across many connected areas of marketing. You will help create and oversee inspired, lasting brands that reflect the true nature of our clients and speak effortlessly to their audience. Of course, you will be collaborating with a well-rounded team of content marketers, writers, designers, digital experts, web developers and more. 

This role is for a content creation and social media whiz (or someone who aspires to be one). Someone who is always thinking about the next best thing a brand needs to act on, what’s trending here and there - you get it. You will co-create content through written, video, audio, digital, plus in-person and online events to support an exceptional brand experience. Your enthusiasm for social media management will be leveraged across clients in diverse vertices and industries. Ongoing social and content marketing engagement will be your primary focus. 

Your ideas and thoughts will help us build and evolve our client’s marketing strategies and plans. Our team builds measurable marketing strategies that move our clients forward, and lead brand development and innovation. We’re obsessed with audiences, customers, and end users and take a keen interest in getting to know them on a human level. 

Communication is king in this role. You will have daily interactions with our clients, team, freelancers, and marketing platforms/vendors. You will update our clients on progress, what’s ahead, and how our activities are performing.

The Fine Print

This is a full-time, permanent role that works in a combination of remote (2 days/week) and onsite at our Calgary office on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Forming part of a total compensation package, the base salary for this position will start in the range of $44,500–$51,000 per year.
